What data we collect

When you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

Legal basis and purpose

We process inquiry data based on our legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Analytics data is processed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle the request or as required by law. We do not sell personal data. Processors such as Google (analytics) and our hosting provider act on our behalf under data processing agreements.
